Health Facilities

Overview

JFPA operates two fixed health clinics – one in Kingston the other in St. Ann. Health Clinics are staffed by part-time doctors, full-time registered nurses and/or midwives, clinic administrators and office attendants.

Privacy and confidentiality are hallmarks of the Association’s service delivery. To ensure that client records are stored in a confidential manner, a computerized clinic management system is used at both sites. Each clinic also supports outreach initiatives designed to improve healthcare for persons living in rural and/or vulnerable areas. Individuals served at outreach clinics benefit from services free of cost.

Regardless of where clients are served, the JFPA is bound by specific/particular standards of care:

  • Privacy and Confidentiality
