The Jamaica Family Planning Association is seeking to hire a Clinic Administrator for its Kingston-
based clinic.

DUTIES
The Clinic Administrator will have the following responsibilities:

PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL QUALITIES

  1. Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
  2. Have at least one year experience in a customer service position.
  3. Have good command of the English Language.
  4. Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  5. Proficiency in electronic file management, and other administrative duties.
  6. Good command of the English Language and strong oral and written communication skills.
  7. Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
  8. Ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment.
  9. Experience working in a Civil Society Organization.
