The Jamaica Family Planning Association is seeking to hire a Clinic Administrator for its Kingston-
based clinic.
DUTIES
The Clinic Administrator will have the following responsibilities:
- Clinic reception and record keeping
- Manage the electronic client database
- Procure supplies and commodities
- Manage inventory and warehouse
- Produce quarterly commodity reports and annual service delivery reports.
PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL QUALITIES
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
- Have at least one year experience in a customer service position.
- Have good command of the English Language.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Proficiency in electronic file management, and other administrative duties.
- Good command of the English Language and strong oral and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment.
- Experience working in a Civil Society Organization.
